License Activation

Follow the steps below to activate your AiX platform license and enable user access.

Prerequisites

Before activating the license, ensure:

  • The AiX platform installation is completed

  • Hostname and SSL are properly configured in Platform Setting

  • You have your license code ready​

Activation Steps

Step 1: Access AiX Platform

Open your browser and navigate to your configured host name.

Example: https://your-domain.com

Step 2: Login

Login using the default account:​

  • Email: ddxeda

 

Step 3: Open Application Setup

From the left navigation panel:​

  • Click Console

  • Select Application Setup​​

Step 4: Open License Tab

Once inside Application Setup:

  • Navigate to the License tab (default view)

  • Click + Add button​​

Step 5: Enter License Information

After clicking + Add, a license input window will appear.
Enter the following details:

  • Organization

  • Email

  • License Code: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

​Note: The Activation Key will be generated automatically and does not need to be entered.

Step 6: Confirm License Activation

Click Save to activate the license.

If successful:

  • A new license record will be created

  • The system will display:​

    • Max number of licensed users

    • Other license detail
